This demonstration site shows how universities, colleges, libraries, and workforce partners can provide students with institution-wide access to What Color Are Your Scrubs?, a comprehensive healthcare career exploration guide covering 345 healthcare careers.

Through the Career Access Pilot, participating institutions can offer students complimentary digital access to support career discovery, pathway planning, and early decision-making before committing to a specific educational track.

Students may download the guide in the format that works best for them:

• PDF (universal download)

• EPUB (Apple Books, Nook, Kobo, and most academic readers)

• Kindle edition (Amazon Kindle devices and apps)

Institutions can distribute access through learning management systems, advising centers, career services, orientation programs, workforce-development initiatives, libraries, or student success campaigns. This portal demonstrates how a university-branded access page can function as a centralized student resource.
